How many times can I use a mailing list?
Mailing lists are actually rented from the owner, not bought and sold. The owner of the list has the right to put usage limitations on the list. In most cases, lists can be purchased for single or multiple use. Single allows the user to use the list one time. Multiple usage, which must be arranged in advance, allows the user unlimited usage within one year. However, when a person from the list responds, he or she can be put on your marketing database. At that point, the information is yours and it can be used at your discretion.
